Operations Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the bookings of travel and accommodation
2. Dealing with inquiries over the phone, understanding customer's needs, and acting upon them
3. Researching rates and discounts within the travel industry to maintain competitive rates and deals
4. Working on accurately recording information on the company database and regularly reporting back to management
5. Assisting clients in making travel arrangements for business and holiday purposes
6. Helping & providing quotes to find the best value options available and making bookings for transport, accommodation, and sightseeing activities
7. Working on independently handling package quotations for domestic/international for GIT & FIT
8. Working in coordination with vendors for better service to the passenger
9. Handling escalation escalated by the passenger
10. Customizing packages as per budget & requirements
11. Following up with the prospective clients
12. Carrying out any additional responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time
