TechGig is part of Times Business Solutions (a division of Times Internet Limited).
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on college activations and coordination
2. Coordinate with colleges to increase student engagement with TechGig
3. Coordinate with colleges to offer TG platform for their contests and delivery of these contests
4. Work on telecalling support for response enhancement of ongoing contests
5. Work on data support, including scrapping, curation, etc
6. Work on delivery management of existing products besides webinars
7. Manage the entire lifecycle of delivery for existing products
8. Work on activation management
9. Understand requirements from sales/client
10. Coordinate between stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
11. Work on service activation
12. Work on response management
13. Work on the closure of the expected response from the campaign and alignment with client objectives
14. Schedule and manage promotions
15. Monitor response and ensure client/candidate objectives from the product are achieved. For eg., if it is a hiring contest, hiring happens; if there are prizes, they are given
16. Work on delivery management of webinars
17. Manage moderation for webinars
18. Coordinate with the client to ensure the demo
19. Moderate the live webinar
20. Upload videos post-webinar and make a live recording
