1. Street smartness: Get in the thick in the things, and learn how to handle situations by being in them in the first place
2. Analytical skills: If you're someone who loves to observe and analyze information, you're already in our good books
3. Data cruncher: Excel, SQL, paper-pencil, you should know how to read data effectively. If not, should be open to learning these skills. It goes a long way!
