1. Resolving /trouble shooting issues related to application, any other task/activities assigned by the management for the best interest of the organization
2. Resolving/ supporting any issues reported by the users, constantly working together with business teams to identifying the opportunities for automation, enhancement and providing solution through the application
3. Mapping business requirements, gap analysis and preparation of functional design documents
4. Writing test cases and execution of test scenarios of EAM applications on mobile apps
5. Facilitating and actively participating in all phases of the implementation cycle, to include requirements gathering & analysis, system design and development, testing, and implementation
