About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform troubleshooting on all sales orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancements to all management processes
2. Make calls from the support number
3. Handle WhatsApp & Instagram messages and chatbot & support emails
4. Handle support requests via our admin dashboard
5. Manage weekly or monthly calls to customers for feedback
6. Maintain feature requests sheet
7. Maintain reminders for customers' special requirements
