About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with various organizational development interventions, learning & development activities, and business transformation initiatives
2. Research and scribe white papers on various human resource development & business management topics and prepare speaker presentations, notes, etc.
3. Support preparation of various human aptitude, attitude, and psychometric assessment questioners/instruments and conduct surveys and validation analysis
4. Develop learning & development content, utilize multiple formats, prepare training kits for various soft skill competencies, and conduct online training (in semi-assisted mode)
5. Perform people engagement and enablement activities across various phases of organizational development interventions, conduct assessment surveys and analysis, and prepare outcome reports and presentations
6. Manage confidential information with utmost care and provide confidential professional assistance at all times
