You will be primarily responsible for monitoring, tracking and responding to social media mentions of brand, as well as for tracking and monitoring the competition.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Tracking and responding to social media mentions of the brand across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, etc., and other platforms
2. Tracking and responding to questions, comments and queries on the brands' social media pages/profiles as and when required
3. Tracking news, forum, social bookmarking and media mentions of the brand & responding as and when needed
4. Keeping average response times low and consistently reducing the average response times
5. Escalating tickets to appropriate teams and constantly following-up with them until resolution
