About the internship

Job Title: Outbound Lead Generation Intern
Job Summary: We are seeking an Intern to help generate new leads through Outbound calls, emails & social media.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making outbound calls to potential customers.
2. Send targeted email campaigns.
3. Utilize social media to connect with potential customers
4. Qualify leads & update CRM records
5. Meet & exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets
6. Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and researching potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry databases.
7. Outbound Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
8. Lead Qualification: Evaluate and categorize leads based on specific criteria, ensuring they meet the qualifications for sales follow-up.
9. CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate and up-to-date lead information and communication logs.
10. Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align on messaging, targeting, and overall demand generation strategy.
11. Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, including outreach success rates, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
12. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales development.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills
