About the internship

Outbound Tele Sales Interns KRAs:
-Making 80-100 outbound sales calls daily to initiate the sales process by informing prospective clients about our services
-Following up thoroughly with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle
-Achieving the daily and weekly sales targets
-Monitoring self-performance at all times and contributing to the teams' performance
-Maintaining good customer relationships and Handling customers grievances
-Updating customer information in the database and Data entry work

Desired Candidate Requirements:
-Excellent Communication & Presentation skills (English and Hindi)
-Target oriented (Average 80calls per day)
-Ability to commute to work location daily (Vashi, Navi Mumbai)
-Candidates must have their own laptops
-Basic knowledge of MS-Excel and other Microsoft tools
-Any Graduate or UG 2021/2022 passing outs
-Enthusiastic personality, willing to learn with passion for sales
