Business Development (Sales) Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and identify potential property owners or landlords in Kakkanad & nearby areas
2. Reach out to leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email to pitch Flatwatch services
3. Help in setting up meetings with interested prospects
4. Join the founder for in-person meetings (when required)
5. Maintain a lead tracker (Excel/Google Sheets) and follow-up status
6. Assist in preparing basic pitch materials, proposals, and brochures
7. Keep records of leads, meetings, and notes in organized formats
8. Support in documenting processes and workflows as the startup evolves
9. Help coordinate inspection logistics (once client base begins to grow)
10. Be part of planning marketing or outreach campaigns (WhatsApp, flyers, etc.)
