Community Management Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Travel primarily to Uttarakhand's Pithoragarh, Almora, and Nainital districts to identify suitable locations for developing farmer organizations focused on contract-based crop cultivation.
2. Facilitate the formation of farmer organizations and coordinate with the technical team to provide necessary agricultural guidance.
3. Ensure the cultivation of high-quality produce and oversee its transportation to the warehouse and processing unit in Haldwani.
4. Collaborate with elected representatives (sarpanch) and government officials to secure grants and support for farmers.
5. Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain directories relevant to farming operations and organizational activities.
