1. Greet and engage walk-in customers warmly and professionally.
2. Encourage customers to share their experiences through short feedback forms or quick surveys.
3. Collect genuine feedback on products, services, and the overall in-store experience.
4. Record video testimonials and capture in-store moments.
5. Create engaging content such as reels, behind-the-scenes clips, and product spotlights.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content ideas for platforms like Instagram.
7. Conduct quick in-store surveys using paper or digital tools.
8. Summarize and report customer feedback to the marketing team regularly.
9. Suggest improvements and campaign ideas based on customer input and market trends.

Other requirements
1. Flexible schedule, with availability to be present in-store during peak hours from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
2. Basic video editing skills (using tools like Reels, CapCut, InShot, etc.) – preferred.
3. Experience in retail, events, or promotional activities – preferred.
4. Interest in branding and content creation – preferred.
