Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels such as phone, email, and social media.
2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using MS Excel.
6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
7. Work closely with management to implement customer service strategies and initiatives.
