Sarvam Foundation is committed to empowering marginalized girls through a holistic approach to education and skill-building. We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator for our Shakti Speak initiative, a flagship English Teaching Program aimed at enhancing communication and language skills. If you're passionate about teaching, management, and nurturing marginalized communities, this role offers a meaningful impact.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Oversee the work of online English teachers, track their performance, and maintain detailed records of teaching activities and attendance.
2. Conduct fortnightly meetings with teachers to discuss objectives, share feedback, and address any challenges.
3. Regularly monitor and assess students' progress, request weekly reports, and ensure consistent improvement in their English communication skills.
4. Maintain student and teacher records, track attendance. Ensure seamless program execution by regularly assessing and refining processes.
5. Collaborate with the HR team to interview, hire, and onboard new teachers as required, ensuring smooth transitions for program continuity.
6. Conduct a one-hour in-person English class for Shaktis at our Gurgaon center, focusing on conversational skills, vocabulary building, pronunciation, and basic grammar.
7. Step in as the in-person English teacher in the absence of the regular instructor, fostering an engaging learning environment.
8. Support students' personal and academic growth, instilling discipline, motivation, and a love for learning.
9. Conduct home visits when needed to better understand students' backgrounds, engage with families, and offer support as part of a holistic approach.

Working Hours:
Option 1: 6 days a week, 4 hours daily (1:00 PM to 6:00 PM) with rotational shifts.
Option 2: 5 days a week, 5 hours daily (12:00 PM to 6:00 PM).
