Event Management Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Assist event coordinators with venue visits, client meetings, and site inspections
- Help with event planning, including creating timelines, floor plans, and vendor lists
- Coordinate logistics, such as catering, decorations, and audiovisual equipment
- Help with event setup, registration, and teardown
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Collaborate with the event team to ensure successful event execution
- Preparation of data driven for client meetings

-On-Site Event Assistance:
Support in setting up and breaking down event d cor and materials.
Ensure that event spaces are visually appealing and match the design plan.
