About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in designing new clothing collections for kids, including festival wear and fusion outfits.
2. Create mood boards, sketches, and detailed garment illustrations.
3. Help in fabric selection and understanding color palettes.
4. Trend research and analysis to stay updated on kids' fashion trends.
5. Collaborate with the sourcing and production team to ensure designs are feasible and of the highest quality.
6. Assist in preparing tech packs, patterns, and specifications for production.
7. Provide input on fittings and modifications during product development.
8. Maintain a digital library of designs, materials, and fabrics.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 351 per successful sample launched).
