We're looking for a smart, scrappy intern to join us at the heart of the brand. If you're excited by consumer brands, creator culture, and performance marketing, you'll love this.
As an intern in the Founder's office @ XOTIC Essentials, you'll work closely with the core team on three things: Brand growth (organic & paid), client/influencer collaborations, YouTube & content Execution. This role is high-ownership and performance-based. You'll learn how digital-first brands are built and be rewarded for the value you create.
a. Brand Growth & Performance Marketing:
1. Assist in campaign planning across Meta, Google, and influencer channels
2. Contribute to ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and funnel optimizations
3. Support performance reviews and experiment planning
4. Prepare strategy decks and reports for internal use and partners
b. Influencer & Client Collaboration:
1. Manage communication with creators, micro-influencers, and affiliate partners
2. Track the performance of collaborations and suggest improvements
3. Assist in negotiation, briefing, and content approvals
4. Coordinate delivery, timelines, and follow-ups
c. YouTube & Content
1. Research and plan YouTube content hooks, titles, and outlines
2. Work with editors to repurpose brand footage into short-form reels
3. Schedule and optimize video uploads (SEO, tags, thumbnails)
4. Analyze metrics and identify growth levers

Additional information
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 15,000 - 20,000 /month
