Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging visuals for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
2. Create animations and motion graphics for video advertisements and promotional content using Adobe After Effects.
3. Develop user-friendly interfaces and optimize user experience through UI & UX design principles.
4. Edit and enhance videos for various platforms, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
5. Assist in creating branded assets and maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design work.
7. Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to help elevate the company's visual presence.

1. Strong, diverse portfolio showcasing original design work (branding, social media, print, etc.).
2. Skilled in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
3. Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW is a bonus.
4. Ability to maintain brand consistency across platforms.
5. Knowledge of motion graphics, reels, and social media videos is a plus.
6. Works well with marketing and content teams and handles feedback effectively.
7. Manages deadlines and multiple design projects simultaneously.
8. Familiar with design trends on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
9. 1-2 years of professional design experience (freelance/internships also considered).
10. UI/UX basics, HTML/CSS for web graphics, print design (flyers, brochures, etc.) are a bonus.
