About part time job/internship

This internship is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure across HR, Admin, and Coordination in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with the founder and be involved in everything from hiring to helping organise photoshoots and operational tasks.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Human resources:
1. Define the right org structure, budgeting, planning for current and future needs.
2. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on hiring platforms.
3. Support shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
4. Maintain internal databases for employees, interns, influencers, and freelancers.

B. Admin & compliance:
1. Help organise employee records, contracts, and statutory documentation (as per Indian laws).
2. Coordinate daily admin requirements including office supplies, logistics, and appointments.
3. Support with drafting simple office policies and internal workflows.
4. Plan and coordinate documentation for licences required.

C. Coordination & cross-functional exposure:
1. Assist with organising and coordinating model photoshoots, interviews, and brand events.
2. Liaise with freelancers, vendors, and creative collaborators.
3. Contribute to documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups across projects.

1. Currently pursuing/completed a degree in HR, business administration, or a similar field.

5. Comfortable using Excel, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.

6. Eagerness to learn and adapt to various tasks outside a fixed role.
