About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contribute to the improvement of HR processes or policies
2. Actively drive employee engagement programs
3. Maintain compliance and HR MIS trackers
4. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as attendance and leaves on KEKA and resolve any issues that may arise
5. Manage the POSH (prevention of sexual harassment) policies and ensure compliance, promoting a safe and respectful work environment
6. Manage employee files and documentation

1. Fresh graduates with excellent communication and people skills

5. Passionate about working in a fast-paced and fluid environment

6. A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and a strong will to succeed

7. A creative mindset with hands-on experience in Canva will be an added advantage
