Human Resources (HR) Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms
2. Manage and post job openings to attract suitable candidates
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interviewers
4. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases for efficient hiring processes
5. Assist in onboarding activities, including document verification and orientation sessions
6. Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR activities as needed
7. Collaborate with the HR on various projects to enhance recruitment strategies and workflows
