About part time job/internship

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update job descriptions.
Employee Engagement & Onboarding:
Assist in onboarding new employees and interns.
Organize engagement activities and team-building events.
Address employee queries and ensure smooth communication.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain HR records and employee documentation.
Assist in drafting policies, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
Support payroll and attendance tracking.
Learning & Development:
Assist in planning training sessions and workshops.
Gather feedback from employees for continuous improvement.
