1. Assist the lead architect in supervising day-to-day site activities.
2. Conduct regular site visits (1-2 times per week) to monitor work progress and ensure alignment with design drawings and specifications.
3. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers to address construction challenges and clarify design intents.
4. Maintain records of site visits, including photos, progress notes, and observations.
5. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
6. Report project updates and issues to the lead architect regularly.
Qualifications & skills:
1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in architecture or a related field.
2. 0-2 years of relevant work experience (internship/project-based experience is also acceptable).
3. Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction detailing.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills.
5. Self-driven, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
6. Must be located near the project site and willing to commute for site visits.
