As a Social Media Marketing Specialist for INAAYA, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence across key social media platforms, driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, and supporting lead generation goals.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Creating captivating and visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
3. Managing and growing the company's presence on Instagram through strategic marketing campaigns.
4. Producing high-quality videos that showcase the daycare's services and facilities.
5. Writing compelling and informative content for blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
6. Designing eye-catching graphics and visuals to enhance the company's online presence.
7. Analyzing data and metrics to track the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
8. Run paid ad campaigns on social platforms and track ROI.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
10. Engage with the online community and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
11. Support influencer outreach, partnerships, and UGC campaigns when required.
12. Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels.

4. Creative thinker with a good eye for visual aesthetics.
5. Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Experience with paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
7. Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
