We are looking for a Field Research & Content Intern who will interact with customers and employees to capture impactful success stories, gather Google reviews, and create engaging content that showcases our impact.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Visit our 8 retail medical outlets, medical center, and hospital to interact with customers.
2. Engage customers and encourage them to share their experience with our services.
3. Request & collect 5-star Google reviews from satisfied customers.
4. Capture photos & videos, requesting customers to share a few good lines about their experience.
5. Identify and document success stories in the form of written content, videos, and testimonials.
6. Gather constructive feedback from customers to help improve our services.
7. Take high-quality pictures of our stores, employees, and customer interactions.
8. Create Instagram & website content, showcasing our impact and customer experiences.
9. Be courteous and professional while interacting with customers and staff.
