As a 'Telecalling intern' at our Digital Word Of Mouth (WoM) company, you will have the exciting opportunity to interact with customers and promote our services through phone calls. Your proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi, as well as your knowledge of MS Excel, will be essential in effectively communicating with our diverse customer base.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote company offerings.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers in MS Excel.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Participate in training sessions to improve communication skills and product knowledge.
6. Assist in creating call scripts and maintaining a professional phone demeanor at all times.
7. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to enhance telecalling strategies and tactics.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (15% of revenue generated).
