We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele-caller Executive to join our solar sales team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential residential and commercial customers in the Delhi NCR region to promote and generate leads for rooftop solar system installations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in rooftop solar energy solutions.
2. Explain the benefits, cost savings, and environmental impact of switching to solar energy.
3. Qualify leads based on customer requirements, rooftop feasibility, and financial capability.
4. Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telecalling or telesales experience (solar or energy sector preferred).
Ability to convince and educate customers effectively.
Basic understanding of solar energy concepts is desirable (training will be provided).
Graduate in any discipline.
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 7,000 - 8,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 3,000 /month
