Telecalling Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele-caller to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

1) Outbound Calling:

Make calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products/services or gather feedback.
Explain the product features, benefits, and services clearly to customers.

2. Leads Follow-up:
Identify sales opportunities and generate leads for follow-up.
Maintain an updated database of potential and existing clients.

3. Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries and address their concerns.
Provide solutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
