We are looking for someone who excels in Effective Communication, Report Writing, and English Proficiency (Spoken) to help us further our mission of empowering underprivileged individuals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in many of our organizational pre-work.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance volunteer engagement and retention
3. Coordinate with principals and heads of the institutions and make a good rapport with them ensuring smooth operations in the future.
4. Reach out to their local schools, old age homes, children's homes, girls' homes, and beneficiaries, and ask them about their needs and make a problem statement.
5. Prepare detailed reports related to the work assigned.
6. Collaborate with other team members to organize volunteer appreciation events
7. Act as a liaison between beneficiaries and the organization, by effective communication.
8. Get all hit the required contacts and make a list of all of them properly.
