About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on daily and weekly food labeling and proper storage
2. Work with the team to prepare and bake desserts as per the requirements and quality standards
3. Assist the senior chef in baking desserts
4. Assist in determining inventory needs
5. Maintain a clean and orderly food production area - workstation and kitchen pieces of equipment
6. Assist with food packaging and prep for delivery and dine-in orders

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 19th Apr'25 and 24th May'25

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Basic knowledge of baking and pastries. Having a diploma certificate is a plus(Commis 3)

2. Ability to communicate efficiently and work as a team player

3. Highly motivated and passionate about baking

4. Learning and growth mindset

5. Should be up-to-date with current food trends

6. Social media experience is a plus

Additional information
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 14,000 - 15,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 2,500 /month
8-hour shift, 6 days a week
Morning shift - 9 am - 5 pm
Evening shift - 4 pm - 12 am
