Payroll Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working with FlexiEle s team for the implementation of payroll software for new clients
2. Understanding clients' payroll requirements and processing payroll using FlexiEle software
3. Supporting existing FlexiEle payroll clients with their day-to-day queries or specific requirements
4. Interacting with clients on their payroll input and pushing these inputs from Excel into our system
5. Verifying payroll before sending it to the clients
6. Working as a bridge between clients and the company s technical team for payroll-related queries resolution

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of Excel is mandatory
2. Knowledge of India Tax calculation is a must
3. Knowledge of statutory compliance like PF, ESI, PTax, etc is a must
4. Knowledge of Tax Challans is a must
5. Positive, problem-solving, and flexible attitude with patience
6. BBA/MBA with HR/finance specialization
7. B.Com/M.Com with knowledge of Indian payroll and taxes, or any other graduate with experience in the payroll domain
8. 1 -2 years of Indian payroll processing experience

1. Compensation as per industry
2. Provision of PF - if opted by the employee
3. Timing - Monday to Friday 10 am - 6 pm, with 2nd and 4th Saturdays off
4. Location - work from home from Delhi-NCR till Dec 2022, but may require once/twice a quarter visit to client office within NCR
