About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Building and strengthening the delivery and execution of people Ops activities that enhance employee experience
2. Conducting all onboarding and offboarding procedures such as facilitating new
hire interactions, training, exit interviews, and so on
3. Addressing general employee queries and ensuring adherence to all HR policies and processes
4. Partner with other people Ops team members to support the execution of critical work cycles
5. Assist in different activities related to MIS, HR reporting, and documentation
