About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining dynamic web applications using PHP and related technologies.
2. Collaborate with senior developers to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
3. Work with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
4. Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, coding, testing, and debugging.
5. Build and maintain MySQL databases and write queries.
6. Troubleshoot, test, and debug applications to enhance functionality and performance.
7. Research and stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies.
8. Support the team in day-to-day development tasks and contribute to project planning and design.

Other requirements

1. Have experience with version control systems like Git.

2. Possess a basic understanding of web services and APIs (e.g., RESTful services).

3. Know about cross-browser compatibility issues and web standards.

4. Demonstrate basic knowledge of PHP and web development.

5. Be familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

6. Understand Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

7. Show familiarity with MVC frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter (a plus).

8. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

9. Work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with team members.

10. Display an eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
