3. Should be from tier 1 engineering college
4. Strong knowledge of Core PHP, MVC frameworks, and Yii
5. Should know jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX
6. Should be a troubleshooter who takes initiative to resolve problems in JS, PHP, HTML, etc.
7. Should know the web and web services
8. Should know other modern JavaScript frameworks
9. Should have solid debugging and problem-solving skills
