Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding accessibility and security compliance
2. Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
3. Working on user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
4. Integrating multiple data sources and databases into one system
5. Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

Added requirements

1. Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel

2. Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP

3. basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

4. Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming

5. Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions

6. Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds

7. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git

8. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
