This is primarily a research-based curriculum development role. There is a teaching component to bring the in-field component to curriculum development.
1. Observing and taking classes to understand practical difficulties in a physics classroom (grades XI/XII)
2. Developing quizzes/worksheets which enable research-based learning of both theory and concepts
3. Measuring the impact of the designed pedagogy and content, and carrying out the analytics

This fellowship has a huge learning component. Somebody who enjoys learning, discussions, and creative activities will find this interesting. Physics education research fellows shall be a part of an interesting project to enable research-based learning (which usually happens at the Ph.D. level) at the school level. Multiple tasks are involved to enable such hitherto never seen revolution in school education. The planet's smartest thinkers have pursued theoretical physics and the idea is to showcase that bliss to school students.
