1. Working on documenting formats and interpretation of land records across jurisdictions to identify relevant metrics such as ownership, encumbrances, and possession
2. Providing compilation and summary of master plans, development control regulations, change in land use procedures, housing/development authority rules, and regulations, municipal by-laws, town and country planning rules and regulations, environmental norms, building by-laws, construction permits, and clearances
3. Providing assistance in creating an information recording format for land and property details and disputes on land and property
4. Performing research land and housing markets in India and preparing policy briefs.
