About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Following up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with the service
2. Making sure that salespersons are on track with sales goals
3. Meeting with other departments to make sure that salespeople are doing their job correctly
4. Providing any necessary data or reports to the sales team
5. Understanding customer's query, identifying the root cause of the problem and resolving the issue by connecting the right stakeholders
6. Acknowledging customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
7. Updating all contact information for clients
8. Dealing with any customer complaints and resolving the issue as necessary
9. Managing administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
10. Defining proper process and standards of serving which includes all formatted documents, the timely response of service provider, timely feedback calls from the MKC team
11. Identifying the bottlenecks and modifying the process accordingly
12. Working on feedback call to all the customers after the completion of service and sharing the feedback with the marketing team
13. Segmenting the customers on the basis of their needs and expectations
