Post-Sales (Real Estate) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the post-sales team in handling customer documentation, including sales agreements and payment plans
2. Coordinate with clients to collect KYC documents and other required post-sale paperwork
3. Support in managing and updating CRM systems and tracking client interactions
4. Follow up with customers regarding payment schedules and milestone updates
5. Help coordinate with internal teams such as legal, finance, and construction to streamline handover and possession processes
6. Address basic client queries related to project timelines, documentation, and next steps
7. Assist with organizing customer site visits, possession formalities, and feedback collection
8. Prepare status reports and support in customer satisfaction initiatives
