We are seeking for an Industrial Engineer who will work on process mapping of 3 of our businesses based in Trivandrum. This project will be part of our Operations Excellence initiative and will work directly with the executive director.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Closely observe current processes and map the 'As is' processes with observations of gaps/disconnects
2. Work with the team to map ideal processes based on current process mapping

2. can start the internship between 15th Jul'20 and 19th Aug'20
3. are available for duration of 2 months

1. Qualification: B.Tech in industrial engineering/MBA in operations management
2. Experience: Fresh engineers/MBAs
3. Language: Knowledge of Malayalam and English is mandatory
4. Competencies: Interpersonal skills, process mapping, and dashboard management skills
5. Openness to travel
6. Use of personal laptop
7. Familiarity with MS-Office and process mapping software
