Project aims to seamlessly roll out COUPA across the country.COUPA is getting rolled out across all indirects procurement space & is very important in view of business continuity & change management. Successful roll out of COUPA with least business disruption. This project will streamline the P2P process for all indirects spends portfolio. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Minimum business disruption
2. Seamless transition from the current system (ARIBA) to COUPA
3. Analysis & reports
4. Stakeholder management
