Procurement & Supply Chain Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on strategic sourcing of multiple solutions in terms of products and services
2. Identifying new suppliers (considering quality, cost & delivery) and completing new supplier evaluation activity with QA & design
3. Coordinating for getting/sending technical specifications, drawings from the suppliers and ensuring approvals from our senior management on time
4. Contacting maximum suppliers in the supplier s database, taking the best techno-commercial offer in terms of price, techno-commercial viability, and leading time & other trade terms which will be as per our company's procurement policy
5. Processing the supplier id form, procurement policy (general, solar and LED), supplier assessment form, purchase orders, and MoU (suppliers, insurance, transportation, courier)
