The role requires you to track, analyze and compile key product metrics regularly to measure product performance and recommend product enhancements. Interview customers to gather feedback on the product and improve customer experience. Work closely with different departments within the company to achieve the product vision. The role requires regular communication with the founding & senior team members and contribute to business decision making.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Constantly monitoring product performance in the market
2. Analyzing key performance metrics and translating the inferences into business decisions
3. Understanding customer feedback and reviews to identify areas of improvement and product enhancement
4. Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories
5. Working closely with development/engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of modules
6. Liasoning with the product team to identify new features and product ideas.
7. Conducting regular user research and market research to get customer feedback and improve customer experience
8. Following international trends constantly monitoring product performance in the market
