Product Development Internship

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on product design & development using CAD tools.
2. Conduct material selection and optimize manufacturing processes.
3. Assist in prototyping, testing, and validation of new products.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product improvements & innovation.
5. Support quality assurance (QA) and product testing activities.
6. Participate in supplier interactions and manufacturing feasibility studies.
7. Document product development progress and ensure compliance with standards.
8. Travel for 10-20% of the days in a month for on-site activities, testing, or supplier visits.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

1. Hands-on experience in engineering projects (Formula Student, FSAE, Baja, or similar teams).
2. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent).
3. Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and design principles.
4. Familiarity with product testing, QA processes, and validation techniques.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:

1. Must be comfortable with business travel (10-20% of the days in a month).
2. Should be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
