Also Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide general administrative support.
2. Maintain and update company databases.
3. Support in documentation and content creation.
4. Onboarding of Mentors on the platform
5. Assisting with optimization and automation processes for various software used such as Leadsquared,Gupshup, mailmodo ,Knorish etc
6. Planning for the improvement of the product features and design on the basis of customer feedback
7. Sending Communications to users for course sessions as per schedule.
8. Assessing market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' product.
9. Support the development team by prioritizing the product backlog and creating user stories
10. Work on managing the release process and cross-functional dependencies - all of the activities required to bring new products, features, and functionality to market
11. Ensure that feedback and requests are integrated into the product planning and development processes
12. Work on defining featured requirements and the desired user experience
13. Perform Usability Testing on the product before its release.
