1. Own the strategy and roadmap for RED s crucial product/business areas
2. Work with design and development teams to manage the product and push new features
3. Manage all aspects of the product throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition
4. Work with developers and business stakeholders to lead outcome-oriented projects
5. Learn the dynamics of our product users, understand the psychology of our users, and identify their in-product needs
6. Use data analytics, A/B testing, qualitative user research, and predictive modeling to optimize KPIs, identify business opportunities, and craft the revenue roadmap
7. Act as a trusted adviser, coach, or guide in the team
