The internship is 50% product management and 50% team management.
Team management: intern will be provided one team (development/testing/content, etc.) to hire, manage and track work end-to-end. How to manage a team efficiently will be taught on the job. Our usual interns are still handling the teams even after 6 months are over. So, this is a fun one!
Product management: being a startup, we have a lot of small but important works. The intern will be taught to manage time effectively and work on a small aspect of product management such as marketing, s/w development cycles, HR.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with developers and assign bugs, track their work and merge bugs
2. Update servers with the latest code, DB
3. Work with marketing or operations team and learn and manage their work efficiently
4. Work with graphic designers and get designs
5. Take periodic backups
6. Source telemarket users and ask for product feedback
7. Send emails to users about promotions
8. Set course on unchartered territories
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 21st May'19 and 20th Jun'19
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

The work will include any or above of the points + additional tasks as they arise. Please note that you will be learning how to deliver a product responsibly and holistically like a mature professional rather than a specific set of finite instructions given to a junior intern.
