The internship is 50% product management and 50% team management. The intern will be provided one team (development/testing/content, etc.) to hire, manage and track work end-to-end. How to manage a team efficiently will be taught on the job. Our usual interns are still handling the teams even after 6 months are over. So, this is a fun one!
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ensure human resource management
2. Effectively communicate with the team
3. Keep track of the team and work
4. Work on GitHub branching and merging
5. Work with developers and assign bugs, track their work and merge bugs
6. Update servers with the latest code, DB
7. Work with the marketing team to track their updates and track the marketing work done
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 9th Oct'19 and 8th Nov'19
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

The work will include any or above of the points + additional tasks as they arise. Please note that you will be learning how to deliver a product responsibly and holistically like a mature professional rather than a specific set of finite instructions given to a junior intern.
