Be Zen, a part of ThrivingZen (OPC) Private Limited is an organization focused on making sustainable living hassle-free and affordable. Be Zen provides sustainable product recommendations across fashion, food, cosmetics, and household products. Our team members have experience working at Google and top-tier business schools such as INSEAD.
1. Gain end-to-end ownership of product requirements, product vision, product design, product development, product roadmap, and product goals
2. Identify the target customer segment, design customer personas, narrow down on the main pain points, and prioritize product features
3. Work on the layout of the complete product roadmap by convincing senior stakeholders from technology, marketing, and business teams
4. Conduct in-depth market research and detailed competitor analysis for various products
5. Work with UI/UX team to design the look and feel of the product
6. Document the functional specifications covering all use cases and guide software developers with the product development
7. Test new features through A/B testing
8. Monitor the competitive landscape and plan the release of new features to stay ahead of the competition

Note: This is an early-stage startup. You will work with the founder, UX team, and developers to create a web platform and chrome extension to educate consumers on making sustainable health and lifestyle choices and connecting them to organizations that offer sustainable products.
