Note: Candidates from top engineering colleges (IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.) and MBA colleges (IIMs, ISB, etc.) with ongoing academic programs would be preferred.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist product team in making PRDs for new product components, features & enhancements
2. Work on customer brand delivery and efficacy processes
3. Work on owning the resolution of customer processes and making it a part of our SOPs
4. Gather regular data on client brands and analyze key channels of revenue generation for RetainIQ
5. Communicate with multiple stakeholders across verticals to scale up RetainIQ's campaign templates section, which is imperative in building a complete retention marketing stack
The following is expected from the candidate selected -
1. Make yourself familiar with the various components of RetainIQ's product with speed; moreover, the candidate would also need to understand the processes involved in customer delivery and henceforth
2. Bring a structured thought process; you should have the ability to communicate complex ideas by breaking them into simpler components - both written and verbal
3. Have a research-oriented mindset - you would be solving complex problem statements that would need research, data, and high-quality analyses of that data
4. Having a good amount of customer empathy would be advantageous
